What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to do the thing you asked for:
- Scorecard responses — your answers to the 15 assessment questions. These are scored in your browser; we do not see them unless you choose to request the full report.
- Report requests and resource downloads — name, email, property name, and city, only if you submit the form to receive your full report or a resource like the front-desk SOP.
- Contact form submissions — name, email, and whatever you write to us.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party script that tracks you across sites. We set no non-essential cookies — nothing here is used to build an advertising profile of you.
Why we collect it
To deliver the report or resource you asked for, to respond to your message, and — only if you separately tick the box for it — to send occasional emails about DPDP readiness for hotels. That marketing consent is always a separate, unticked checkbox from the report or resource delivery itself; requesting a report never enrols you in anything else.
How long we keep it
Scorecard responses submitted with a report request are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD], after which they are deleted unless you have since engaged us for a paid service. Contact form messages are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD]. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time — see below.
Where it's stored
We aim to host data in India wherever practical. If any processor we use stores data outside India, we’ll say so here by name once that arrangement exists — nothing is hidden in a vendor list you have to go looking for.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to our grievance officer at [grievance@dpdpconsent.in] and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
